worst customer service. never deal with this location and company. i booked a 15foot truck 3 weeks before our moving date and when i went there the told me they don't have any truck for me. the manager the location manager"victor" didn't was the person who booked the truck and never called me back and every time i called him he didn't pick up was obviously was ignoring me on that very difficult situation. never deal with this company and location. it was my worst experience so far in my life.
I had a bad experience with a van with filthy windows and mirrors and a strong stench of cigarette smoke due to a rather lazy employee, but management made the effort to make up for it, which I appreciate.
Booked a truck online more than a week before my move. All good. Then, uhaul called me less than 24hrs before my move time and said they had ZERO trucks available for me. No sizes. No trucks. Not even a Van. They completely screwed me over and I was left with no way to empty my storage facility or move into my new place. They had a full week to tell me they had no trucks available for me, they didnt call me at all. I will never use U-Haul again. I found their competitor Discount Rentals was FAR more helpful and less than half the price, and they helped me the day uhaul screwed me.
WORST than POOR customer service and won't recommend to anyone for hitch installation. Be sure to give them MINIMUM 3.5hrs for the work doesn't matter if they're busy/not. - basically you get what you pay for ($30 installation)
Screwed me over 2 days before my move. They cancelled my truck reservation and was left with 2 cargo vans which was twice what I was originally anticipating to spend and a logistical nightmare. Was on the phone to customer service for over an hour and they were useless c*nts. Never again, Uhaul. Steer clear of these crooked w*nkers.
