We have used Edgemont Movers a few times and have always been impressed with their professionalism. We have found Edgemont employees to be trustworthy, diligent and frankly, very likeable. They are caring too. We a had minor incident (one glass frame on a degree broke) and it was immediately noted, pointed out to me and voluntarily replaced, all at the company's expense. Mike has now retired and will be missed especially seeing as he supported me when I thought Edgemont had lost two of my degrees. (I felt horrible. They hadn't. I had stored them in the back of my closet!) Lydia, in Accounting, is a treasure too. Grant the owner, has owned the business for 33 years and knows what he is doing. All employees are heavily screened for background checks/sobriety, etc...which is very important to know when you are basically inviting strangers into your home and asking them to lift, take, move or store your own personal belongings. Book early!! My guess is Edgemont Movers is the most popular moving company in the North Shore. They are in demand for a reason. (And no, I am not related to any employee.)

Edgemont Moving and Storage is the best moving company I have ever used. David Crawford came and gave me an estimate that was bang on. Even though my move was extremely small, basement suite to basement suite just a few minutes a part, I was treated with the same hard work, dedication, and attention to detail as I would have been had this been a huge move. I felt very respected.The guys were on time, courteous, went above and beyond, helped put together some items I couldn't.I would recommend them to you, if your move is big or small don't hesitate to call them.Susan Goble
