Econo moved us locally on September 2nd 2017 and it was an excellent experience. Lorne and his guys were professional, on time, and courteous. Temperatures were at 30 degrees, and the guys kept moving for all 5 hours with hardly a break. Estimate of 5 hours was exactly what it took. The staff member Alex is nice but the Manager is not. She is also a thief. I made a one time payment on my credit card and two weeks later she charged me again. It caused an over draft and a charge from my bank. Never leave your credit information with them. They will take money whenever they want. Regardless of your agreement.
Have had my stuff with them for years and they've always been super helpful, sincere, and understanding. 10/10 would recommend. Price can't be beat. Facility is always super clean, and temp control so you don't have to worry about anything cracking or whatever.
Econo Moving assisted us from start to finish. Ken Mercer provided us with a competitive quote, arrived with the crew on moving day, carefully packed our belongings, provided storage for a month and moved us in with the same friendly service. Both crews were happy, hardworking guys who worked tirelessly until the job was done. Special thanks to the guys who moved us into our new home. It was a cold, very stormy day and they never complained about being soaking wet and even improvised so that our furniture and boxes were kept dry. I would strongly recommend Econo Moving... money well spent.
I've had a storage locker here for a few years. Their service has been great. My stuff feels very secure. They've raised the rate only once and it was for about $3 a month more so I'm ok with that!
