Ferguson Moving & Storage came to my home to give me a free estimate with a very friendly and professional move manager. I love how they assign a move manager to you and tell you the cost up front so you have no surprises when you pay your bill.The last moving company I used ended up charging me a lot of extra money (the cheap price wasnt such a great deal in the end!) My condo was quite a ways from the entrance to the building which they didnt allow time for and my storage locker wasnt easily accessible for their truck. Definitely stick to a company like Ferguson Moving & Storage that is professional and does their homework so you dont get dinged at the end!
Ferguson recently helped me with a local move. This is the 2nd time I've used this moving firm and both times, I've been very pleased with their service. Quinn and his team were professional, polite, and careful with my belongings. Quinn demonstrated a good deal of patience with my many changes in the moving plan. The moving team were thoughtful in planning how the boxes would best be stacked into the truck. Due to a slight oversight, two shelves that were meant to go to storage ended up being delivered to the new location. Quinn acted promptly to pick up the heavy shelves himself and help me transport them to the storage facility. With all the care and consideration given, Ferguson Moving & Storage stands out from the crowd. I highly recommend them.
Ferguson Moving was polite, curteous, timely and well-organized. We added an extra service of having our kitchen packed to the general move. It was incredibly convenient to have help packing and we were happy to pay a little extra for this since I was expecting a baby in the coming weeks. Most professional and least stressful move I've ever had. Would highly recommend since they went above and beyond my expectations. They do charge accordingly and having had moves where my furniture was wrecked and I had to do a lot of my own packing, I feel like this was definitely worth the cost. There was also a great Frogbox promotion included at the time of our move which made for easier clean up and unpacking.
Everyone involved in the moving were more than professionals they were also friendly. From day 1 (the visit) to the time we were done with the whole move, they were thorough. I'm used to be stressed out during a move, small or big (this time it was a small move inside Vancouver, B.C.), but with the team provided and the amount of details and effort they put on handling everything, it was honestly the most relaxed move I ever had.These guys handled everything with care as if they owned everything, and did I mentioned they were really friendly?I would recommend Ferguson moving to everyone!PD: They gave me 25 free frogbox boxes that's a heck of a bonus!
