Just called and they don't even accept calls that the name is private. My number shows up, but why are you so interested in my name? I was going to get a few trucks to move my stuff but I guess I'm not gonna go out my way to give them my business. I suggest you pick up all phone calls ;)
Over many years I have referred Smoother Movers to my clients. Everyone has had a successful move and given me positive feedback. Recently I referred Smoother Movers for a house to condo move with 2 stops to pick up new furniture from retail stores. Everything was delivered quickly and professionally. My customer was very happy with their service.
Have yet to do business with this storage company, but they have been so polite. The owner even answered a phone call after hours and gave me the information I needed, as well as giving me information for cheaper places to get boxes. So far their prices and demeanor have been great (and I am not even using their storage.. yet) I would give 5 stars but I haven't stored my property yet, but if their business is as good as they have been to me already, I'd give more than 5 stars
