Worst of the worst. Small and smelly building with NO sun light, and extremely sketchy changing neighbours with no checks on who moves in. It's like living in a cheap motel but costs double what it should. After staying 1 week prostitutes moved in on my floor and management would do nothing until they moved on their "tour". Insanity is here
