Pantry restaurant inside the Holiday Inn North Vancouver. The meals have been great the past year or so. A few years ago we felt qualhad slipped to average. Now can tell that recipe and preparation is so much better with fresh ingredients and hot well prepared items.
We stayed here as a family for the hubbys work trip, the room was decent, staff was very cordial and helpful. The Rooms are tiny and stuffy though, the AC unit perhaps need adjustment.The pantry restaurant experience was disappointing, I walked in with my kids and was never received by any staff. One of them even walked past us. I had to alert someone to our presence. They were not even busy. Food was okay. The Coach house pizza though is highly recommended!!!! Delicious authentic pizza and their home made pudding dessert was amazing as well.
This hotel was way better than I expected. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the location was good if you have a car to get around Vancouver. The Pantry restaurant serves fantasic large serves for breakfast and Carla was a most welcoming and friendly waitress to our Australian family on a lifetime holiday. Great memories of this hotel.
The hosts at the front desk gave outstanding customer service. The room was comfortable and cozy. I visited The Lounge downstairs both evenings of my visit and thoroughly enjoyed myself. The live music was great, seating comfortable, beer enjoyable and pizza delicious. I would highly recommended this location of Holiday Inn & Suites and will be visiting them again.
Clean rooms, nice comfortable bedding. Lots of trees around the hotel. Good fitness area. Pool good for our kids. Nice larger whirlpool that was hot
