Service is friendly stole an apple from the front desk. Room is nice with a great view of the Vancouver skyline. The bathroom is nice meant for pervs as you can see right into the shower but it's really not worth it. The sink is too damn close to the faucet barely could wash hands under it and water get all over the table. They are "going green" by making sure you put a damn sign on the bed so they change sheets which just means they wanna save on their cleaning bills. Their dry cleaning prices are misleading and always charge an extra dollar than what you see for some reason. Quick walk from everything even a seabus right here to get to downtown. It's alright but the view alone isn't worth it over other places.
Location was beautiful and the hotel was okay. My room was nice but I found a few stains on my duvet. Which ruined my night. Also the food provided at my conference was not great. Cold and meh tasting. So not a great stay. But okay
Clean hotel, little noisy in the morning. Cleaning staff are up early. Great view from our room. Beds are comfy. Went to use the pool and hot tub in evening, but was disappointed that 90% of the pool was rented out for local swimming lessons. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
This is my second time here. First time we had good experiences at the lobby restaurant downstairs. This time I was here attending a graduation event. The food was top notch and so were the desserts! The place was kept really nicely and it's short walk away from a killer view. It's definitely one to consider when hosting events.
The rooms were quite modern and very comfortable with a view of downtown Vancouver. I really enjoyed the class shower as well. The availability of a fridge and microwave was also very convenient
