They overbooked and only called me one week in advance that they need to relocated me. I accepted their alternative location as I really had no choice with such short notice, and other hotels in the area were very expensive. After speaking with other people who were also staying at Quay Executive Rentals the weekend I originally booked for, I found out this 'overbooking' issue was known weeks before and they also tried to get them to give up rooms. I did not appreciate that they did not flag this earlier and was upfront about their issue, as I would've chosen alternative accommodations.
This place is very clean and have excellent system! The owner is very kind and honest. Also, it's staffs are also very lovely!I had a problem in our house so I had to rent a short-term condo and she helped us very quickly. And we had comfortable time at here. If you have a hard time, just contact hear!
Apartments very nice and centrally located in north Vancouver. If you want to stay in central Vancouver, you're on the wrong side as you need to catch the ferry across. I would stay here again though...apts beautiful.

Very easy booking and check-in. The unit was very clean, well stocked kitchen and some cleaning and bath supplies. Excellent location. Parking is very tight, small cars only!
