Purchased a vacuum for a business 2 weeks ago then after using it 2 times we realized that the extensions do not fit for our needs. Rona wouldnt take it back nor would they offer any sort of help. They dont have proper extensions so we are pretty much stuck with a vacuum that has zero use to us. Never buying at Rona again and strongly recommend people to go to other stores like Home Depo where customers get treated fairly. Such a bad experience very frustrated.
This location is probably one of the worst. The staff is not very interested in helping a customer find what their looking for. Instead there's a lot of... I dont know, go ask at the service desk! ? Or they like to pass you around to different staff members.... after 3 different staff members telling you I dont know if we carry that or my favorite I dont know if we have that in stock ?! Cant you look it up.?! Management is completely useless. The sales manager told me he instructs his staff to tell the customers " I dont know," and that's ok " great management skills Payam !! Never have I had " I dont know "customer service at home depot... it's just that Rona is closer. I've learned my lesson, just go to home depot and get what I need and skip out on going to rona to get "I dont know"customer service and then going to home depot.
Bought some materials at Rona (on W 1st location, NV), showed my contractor card and got 10% off. Went to this Rona (3rd St E, NV) for more of the same materials as they didn't have enough in stock at the first store, showed my contractor card and only got 3% off. When I brought it up to the manager he simply said they are different stores with different ownership and there's nothing that can be done. Doesn't make sense to purchase the same materials 30min apart from 2 different stores of the same company and receive a dramatically different discount. If you're a contractor you're losing money buying at this location.
Was Canadian. Now owned by Lowes. Friendly and knowledgeable folks. For unknown reasons, no longer sell CIL stains.
I just ordered a pressure washer hose online at 11 am. The website said I should receive an email in two hours to pick up the product. I didn't receive the email so I called in and after 10 min. wait over the phone, they said they don't have it but they can bring it in two weeks from now. I didn't order through my Amazon because I needed the item today but they just wasted four hours of my time didn't even apologize.
