I went in and inquired about purchasing a couch with a $100 sticker on it today the staff then turned around to me and said the couch with damage is worth way more and maybe they could do $200 that then actually turned into $500. The staff then told me their job is to make as much money for the business as they could. Not only is it illegal to advertise an item at a certain price and not honour it but I was under the impression that people donated items to help people in need and if I had the money I would not be in there looking to buy a couch with damage. Im absolutely disgusted with this fake charity. I hope God gives this organization a conscience or the courage to let people know they are running a scam. Do yourselves a favour and save your donations and money and help people who are in need instead of people trying to turn a profit from a very deceiving business model. God bless you.
Varying stock, some good bargains
Hit or miss on what you might be looking for. But great deals when you hit! Friendly staff and feels like contributing to reduce waste when you can shop there.
Over priced used stuff? Some new stuff, but still new prices with no warranty? Huge waste of time
2 different occasions I tried to buy something that was marked up as soon as I brought it to the counter. 1 worker told me a screen door was $25 but then the cashier said it was $100. Another time a bench had 3 price tags on it that said $25. I bring the ticket up to the counter and the same cashier tells me the item is $50. I asked her how she can do that when it is clearly marked at $25, she didn't have much of an answer and wouldn't stand still long enough to talk to me. This is absolutely ridiculous, how can you be in the service industry and be able to get away with that??
