DO NOT GO HERE! Waited well over a Month to get our pets cremation Ashes, even though they told us 6-10 days. We ordered a Urn. And it came in a wooden box!!Whatever you do, DO NOT GO HERE!THEY MADE THIS WHOLE PROCESS REAAALY HARD ON US!
Dr. Danny is top notch and His staff are all very friendly. Dr. Danny is very compassionate. He stands behind his work. He has waived vet bills for me, he has told me certain procedures are not needed. I have never gotten the sense of trying to sell you prescriptions or anything, just his compassion and his opinion. I've been happy with this Vet for years.
We have been bringing our Lab/Border Collie mix to Norgate Animal hospital for approximately 8 years - and couldnt be happier with the treatment we have received. Our dog is now 11years old and Doctor Danny is so kind and gentle with her. She has just gone through a second ACL surgery (both done at Norgate, six years apart) and I feel like the whole staff really care about her recovery. All the Veterinary Assistants are lovely. I recommend Norgate Animal Hospital for genuine, caring, value for money service
Not sure where all the bad reviews are coming from, maybe the old owners/doctors? Anyways I took my dog there today for some skin issues and it was fantastic!!! After trying other vets on the north shore and being told "we aren't accepting new patients" I didn't know vets did that but okay, I booked my appointment online and they called me within an hour to confirm,I haven't come across a vet that does that, also the vet was very nice and caring as well as the assistants, also and this is the most important thing, it is affordable!! I was very happy with the service and will recommend them to anyone, I'm planning on taking my cat there as well, so glad I came to them.
This place, and all of their staff, is amazing. They have been honest, transparent, empathetic and kind to us and our animals. When we had to put our little dog down, they were so respectful and gentle with us and with him. Afterwards they sent us a beautiful sympathy card that all the staff had signed and personalized.
