Never trust Hamsafar Travel Agency. Elham Parastari is so irresponsible and unqualified. I had the worst experience with this travel agency. I would never recommend this agency to anyone.
I was very impressed with the service provided by Ms. Elham Parastari in regards to my travel plans. I couldn't be sure about the exact days of my travel, so she kept reserving the seat at the best possible rate for me multiple times during the week. I found her knowledgeable and a delightful person. You will be receiving a professional service when dealing with her.

Terrible experience! I have booked tickets from this travel agency (Elham Parastari). She did not responsible for information regarding the connections and I had to buy another ticket during the travel and it cost twice for me for travelling. I would not recommend her and this agency to travel.
