The Nahid is always so eager to help and she has always found cheaper deals than the ones I could find by myself online (even after spending hours researching) or equivalent, Nahid has been great! She has helped myself and my family over the years! Would definitely recommend.
I think staff not trained well or part of a company's policy to keeping everything under the table not telling all the information to customer unfortunately worst ever service I had from this travel agency stuff very rude unpleasant I think as a quality 1 Star too many should be negative 5
