This place is one of North Vancouvers gems. Gorgeously arranged bouquets, friendly staff who care deeply about their craft, and inviting atmosphere - it always smells so good in here.
Just completed an order with SMF&G this week - My third round of returning to them for repeat business due to their beautiful arrangements and exceptional customer service. Very surprising to read the negative reviews - Definitely not my experience!!
Absolutely my favourite flower shop in the Lower Mainland. The flowers are stunning, fresh and exceptionally unique (I bought a bouquet with edible kale in it once!), arranged with care and attention to detail that I have yet to find elsewhere. The ladies that work the shop are so helpful and friendly, not to mention very knowledgeable. This shop doesn't just offer flowers, it also has a large collection of plants, candles, diffusers and some local jewelry...all of which are stunning and hard to give away because they smell and look amazing. If you are looking for flowers and very unique gifts, this is the place to go. I always recommend this place and have never heard a bad thing, or had a bad experience!!!
Horrible customer service!!! The owner is incredibly condescending and rude. Refused to issue a refund after they screwed up our order.
Incredibly condescending, irresponsible and unfriendly staff. Messed up our companys photo shoot and refused to take responsibility. I would never recommend this florist. The owner began our order with its a very expensive order, are you sure you want it? Assuming your clientele cant afford an order is probably not the best way to do business!
