Excellent customer service and the flowers were gorgeous. Roses and lilies for my wife's birthday. The bouquet is still fresh after 7 days! Highly recommend them!
Good telephone manner
The selection is great. However, the service did seem a little cold.
I ordered a sympathy arrangement from this florist. It was a big arrangement on stand with Ribbon across the arrangements with my name printed on it. They were supposed to deliver it to the Grave Site on the morning of the ceremony. When I got to the Gravy Site I noticed they had spelled my last name wrong. It was so embracing in front of a crowd of 100 people. When I contacted the business. The girl on the phone said the owner is not in the store I had to contact her and I will call you back. A few minutes later she contacted me and said the owner has said there is not anything they can do about it now. Absolutely very poor customer service
