I've been a client at this location of Spa Utopia since they opened, and have always found the service to be acceptable until recently. A while back I went and received service from Ashley Bella and her breath reeked of alcohol. I was shocked and couldn't believe she was actually being permitted to work. I was going to say something to the front desk on the way out but decided not to. On my more recent visit I made the mistake of not paying attention to who I had booked, and sure enough it was her again. It was the same thing!! This girl was hammered at work, and spent half the time complaining about the management of the place. I decided that was it, and I won't ever be returning here again if this is how loose the place is run.
Had the best experience here !!! A hairstylist named Ashley did such an amazing job with my hair, she did such a great job with my highlights and cut! Will definitely be coming back here and will not go to anyone else now. Loved the salon as well, very relaxing and nice staff.
I was there the other day for a DESIGN FOR U LUXURY FACIAL, and I must say, I am extremely happy with the service I received. I had been there before for facials and they were good, but this time it was excellent! My skin care specialist FIONA, was professional, friendly, gentle but yet appropriately firm, knowledgeable and an absolute expert. My skin has never looked better! I don't see any other reason to go anywhere else or to anyone else for a facial while I"m in Vancouver. Well done!
I love this spa! The most relaxing environment combined with friendly staff that go above and beyond. I have had a massage and a pedicure which were both exceptional and I am a regular client of Anella in the hair salon. I highly recommend her! Taylor is my favourite receptionist she is so friendly and remembers everyone.
Had my first wax here and it was great. I heard horror stories about the pain but it was fine. Highly recommend the North Vancouver location. I love the view from the lounge area.
