I just recieved an awesome partial highlight treatment with such friendly customer service! I look and feel amazing and I will go again! All the staff are friendly to!!!
This was the worst customer service I've ever recieved! After booking weeks in advance for my birthday I was turned away because my hair was "too long" and told to reschedule after I had waited a half hour to be helped and was not offered any sort of compensation or empathy and told I could get a refund if I wanted...wow! I don't recommend any going to this dirty run down unprofessional place.
Came here for a lash tint and Brazilian wax. Lovely lady running this place. Very reasonably priced. Extremely pleased with both the tint and wax. My new North vancouver spot.
