I am wondering why big parcels leave the post office to be delivered when for my place they cannot be delivered at door and the postman just should leave the notice?I should wait one extra day for parcel to return to post office to pick it up
Hired a po box at this place and they straight up lied to us. We only needed it for 2 weeks but had to pay for 3 months which was 80 dollars. The woman at the register told us we could cancel after 2 weeks and get part of our money back. Apperently none of that is true and we only got 15 dollars back as deposit for the keys. When we confronted them with the lies they told to us, they just walked away and ignored us. Especially the Asian woman was super ignorant, don't trust her to her job properly. Really disappointed in this scam place and in Canada post for letting these people still do their job while lying to customers. Don't trust this place and don't expect Canada post to help you out. It's not nice if you're a foreigner and they tell you lies to get your money. Apperently they throw away your package after 15 days if it doesn't fit in the mailbox and you didn't collect it yet. They didn't tell us this either. so luckily we made it in time to collect it.
Absolutely terrible, incompetent and slow customer-service at this particular CanadaPost location. They will lie to you with a straight face and when you confront them they go and unwillingly do what you ask for. Still do not expect to get what you need. Never going there again and don't recommend to anyone!!! Booo!!!
