I dread going to this place. I've even started having my packages sent to my workplace so I can avoid coming here.Stopped by today to buy some stamps - husband/wife team is so incredibly rude, it's almost comical if it weren't so hurtful. Husband threw the stamps I requested onto the counter as I got out my wallet. After I paid, he made a shooing motion with his hand towards the stamps and said, "Go". What the heck? Please, shut down this location. I'm sorry I had to stop by and BUY something from you! Geez!
Its seriously brutal that when I miss mail at my home that it then gets delivered to this place. I would never go back if I could, the employees act as though they dont want you in the store and are somewhat rude. Especially the guy that seems to run the place acts as though he couldnt care less. Wish another Canada post office would open up somewhere so I could totally avoid cadmos.
The wife/Co-owner gave me the most terrible customer service I have ever received. She put her hand in my face and yelled at me simply because I didn't want to pay or receive the parcel before contacting border services about the duty. Luckily her husband came to the rescue. He calmly helped me and diffused the situation. I am amazed at how low the customer service standard is. If she doesn't know how to talk to people and treat her customers right she needs to find a different job.
Probably the world's most useless Post Office. Only open from 9am to 6pm on weekdays, a short few hours on Saturdays, and never on Sundays and stat holidays. Banks have more customer friendly hours. On top of that, these guys will actually miss deliveries. So that when you go there with your delivery notice to retrieve your package, they'll tell you they've missed it too. Not just yours, whole truck's worth. Because they were out when the truck got there. I'm sure the 1950s Soviet Union had better post office services.
They've always been fast and efficient. Not sure if different owners from all these bad reviews? One time i lost my ID and thought i'd left it here. They opened the doors after hours to chat with me and try to help me fine it.Also, they always let me bring my dog in.They're all really great. I sent my packages here 90% of the time.
