Last long weekend I had emergency drainage problem. When I called Global Plumbing, he came to our place in less than couple of hour to fix the issue, I have impressed with his professionalism and skill. He saved my day.

He made time to help us in a pinch, on multiple occasions, without capitalizing on our time sensitive need (including weekend and evening work). He showed every time and was courteous, professional, and prompt, then fixed our problems effectively for a fair price within our timelines. He took extra care to leave our home, which was being sold, in perfect condition. In addition to being a very capable plumber, he is clearly a kind and very compassionate person. I had an old tankless hot water heater that quit on me. Sam wasn't familiar with it so instead of guessing, he was able to get someone on the phone and together they did trouble shooting. In the end we decided it was too old and needed replacing. Sam shopped around and found a smaller unit at a good price which was perfect for my place. He installed it on time and on budget.Sam is easy to work with him and I would HIGHLY recommend him :)
