Fantastic! Love the butter chicken and garlic naan. Overall friendly service, quality food and flexible delivery. I live near deep cove and if they arent too busy they will deliver. Great place.
My favourite Indian restaurant in Vancouver! Their naan is always so fresh, and butter chicken/tandoori chicken is to die for.I usually go in for lunch buffet and its perfect everytime. Servers are very friendly every time I go in and they are willing to get to know you which is appreciated. 5 stars!!

Though my experience with this restuarant was amazing overall. One part time employee who worked there wasn't welcoming at all and sadly that made my great day come to a terrible end.
This is a really good restaurant which offers quite delicious food at their buffet - there is only one thing wrong with this place and that is its OWNER himself. The owner seems compelled to participate as a waiter in his own restaurant - who knows why? Maybe to cut down on expenses - or maybe he just has to be there because he is some kind of control freak? Whatever the reason he lurks/hangs out there like some very unwelcome harbinger of doom or gloom - a harbinger who is unaware just how off putting his presence there is and that he doesnt really belong there in his own restaurant - that he is indeed the very worst part of his otherwise quite good restaurant and that he should go away and not come back until all of the people are gone.This is a man who exerts - pervades - a humorless, sullen, peevish, darkly brooding, presence which some customers may be so unlucky as to encounter first hand as he insists on being a server/waiter in his own restaurant.I have seen a similar phenomenon in Indian buffet restaurants before that have owners who have no feel when it comes to dealing with the public and yet these owners feel compelled to be present in their restaurants - dedication perhaps? - but surely this compulsion - this penchant - only serves to turn off patrons? I had complained of the rudeness of this owner some months ago in a review but I dropped the issue because I had experienced so many good meals there.I have seen this owner lounging lazily about as if nearly going off to sleep when I was nearly a sole customer there and his behavior told me that he held me in a low regard and that I wasn't the kind of customer whom he cared about setting any standard for at all. I have encountered this owner within the last month in this restaurant and it seemed that he was making an effort to reform - to overcome what I see as his total inappropriateness as a server or as a waiter at his own restaurant - and yet his true nature had to come to the fore as he would take me to task - telling me off in an unpleasant manner - for spilling food on the floor (which I had accidentally done) - his tone was heavy handed and authoritarian and this was something which I might have approached the owner to complain about - but this WAS the owner!- and thus this review.
