The server we had absolutely ruined the experience and my family and I will never be coming back. Her body language screamed rude the entire time and you could just tell she didnt want to serve us. She looked at me and my family (5 black people) with shear disgust. Obviously because of her awful attitude we didnt tip because in all honesty she didnt deserve one. To top it of she approached me after my parents had already walked out and asked me where we were from. I replied saying were from Calgary. She then proceeded to ask if I knew that in every Canadian restaurant they tip. When I said yes she then replied back, so whats wrong with your father. Why didnt he tip? Absolutely rude service with mediocre food to top it off. Wish I could rate it a 0 and even at that they still wouldnt deserve it.
Very good restaurant. We had the lunch special ( Ma Po Tofu without beef) and true eggplant garlic. I think the tofu was 5/5 while the eggplant was OK. Easy to find, friendly staff and plenty of parking. A good lunch hour visit when you are craving Chinese and are in the North Vancouver area
Service was fantastic. Clean, comfortable and warm place. Food was kid approved. Ginger beef was dry and crispy, the dumplings were a real winner with kids and very tasty. Kids would rate a 5 Star but I need a little more kick for Szechuan. Presentation was great and they were fast, like zero time for kids to complain fast. My wife loves how clean they keep this place.
Food while dining-in here was very tasty and authentic and I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for good Chinese food. Especially liked the salt and pepper fish and Szechaun-style chicken. The sweet and sour soup was also nice. I'd assume that the take-out food is just as enjoyable. The service was good and there were lots of options to choose from on the menu.
The best Chinese food ever had. Their food doesn't smell of oil. Worth the money spent. I liked their hot and sour soup, squid pepper fry. Quantity of food is great. Hospitality is very good. Nice and small play area for kids. Clean washrooms.
