My daughter has been seeing Tonya Wheatley for concussion treatment. She did a thorough assessment of her injury and was very understanding of her symptoms. She is extremely knowledgeable about concussion exercises and has given her many assignments to work on. As the exercises get easier and her symptoms reduce, Tonya is able to give her harder progressions and new exercises. My daughter is really pleased with the treatments and we highly recommend anyone suffering through concussion to go see Tonya.
I love this place! Matthew is amazing! He always finds exactly what's wrong and what exercises or massage to do to get rid of the pain, he is patient, listening and seems to know what he is doing!And the front desk... they are the sweetest! Always smiling, really helpful, professional and welling to be funny! This place makes your injuries feel better already! :)
Made a 45 min appointment for a massage, received 1HR treatment and I was late for work as a result. The RMT(name starts with T) was inpatient and terribly rude and condescending. Massage was not great either, and minutes went by in between when he was doing nothing. He just left his hand on me without apply any pressure. He probably thought I fell asleep. Treatment started late and ended early. Receptionist was rude and couldn't get payment to work, and was applying mascara when sitting at the front desk. Very unprofessional place in my opinion. . Don't be fooled by the other fake reviews, when you see the accounts were just created and with 1-2 reviews, and all 5 stars, you know that these are fishy. Obviously, owners are not planning to own up to their mistake and take any steps to improve. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
Just for full disclosure this review is for RM therapy that I havent tried directly..but submitting on behalf of my wife..She really likes getting massage treatments and is very picky about it..we have 2 young kids so these treatments are really a necessity.She tried a number of different places in Northshore but finding Cody at Total Therapy was a total game changer..She will now only book treatment with him so the proof is definitely in the pudding..In her wordsCody is one of the best RMTs that I have experienced. He is excellent in treating any symptoms and problems based on accurate diagnosis and attention to details. Very professional and highly recommended for treatment of any chronic problems, injury or just for simple relaxation!
Been going here for 6 weeks now in North Vancouver to Cody (massage) & Matt (physio) for a back injury. I can tell you that this is the best care I have ever received. They are both patient and work consistently together towards helping me regain back my health. The clinic is well run with reminder emails for appointments and consistent feedback. Awesome Clinic.
