This is an old theatre and the seats and configuration not at all up to trends of other newer theatres. If someone tall sits in front of you, your view of the screen will be obstructed, something that seems to no longer happen with much more modern theatres. The only redeeming quality is that it is on the North Shore, and has free parking. The restaurants nearby are subpar, with perhaps the exclusion of the WhiteSpot on a stretch. There needs to be a major Reno at this location. Until then I will be going downtown since the cost of admission is the same. I realize I will have to drive further, and pay for parking...but at least I will enjoy the movie unblocked.

It was like walking back in time - to the 80s. The place is in need of an upgrade. The lobby is showing its age. They could use more help because there's a lot of trash in the bins especially in the washroom. Seats were comfy but had sticky floors. Great location though.

Time warp... like stepping back into the 80s. Definitely has not been renovated/updated in at least 20 years. Staff was ok. Long line at the concession stand.

Paid for a movie this afternoon and in the middle of the movie a person, not an employee, comes in and starts using their cell phone flashlight looking around under seats and in the aisles for over 5 minutes, and shows no regard for anyone else in the theatre. I spoke with the manager after the movie and he admitted he let them in to look for something? So the paying patrons who we're in watching a movie, paying for an experience, got the pleasure of having someone shining a bright AF light around. Pretty frustrating. The best part was how the manager never said sorry, nor really seemed to care that someone had an issue with this.At the start if the movie, there are Cineplex adds reminding people to turn off their phones and be courteous.

It's pretty shabby. Good staff though. Sound system was on the fritz for opening commercials but regular movie surround sound worked. It was annoying that we had to sit through 20 minutes of crackling sound during previews...
