Overall, the service was good and the advice solid. I was prepared well for my examination of discovery and honestly informed throughout the entire process. All the staff involved were helpful, from the receptionist to the partners, and when I needed medical treatment, this was dealt with swiftly to minimise my time suffering. The one downside for me was that the paralegal on my case changed several times throughout the 3.5 years of negotiation and, during the switches, responses to my inquiries were slow. Whether this is the norm, or just an unlucky draw for me, I can't say. Regardless, I'd definitely recommend the practice to anyone seeking legal assistance.
