Overpriced and they'll up-charge you for random things and not tell you. I spoke to a manager and she couldn't explain my up-charge... and offered no refund.
Dry cleaning done to perfection, staff are friendly and helpful. Barb and Katherine always have a smile on their face and make it an overall pleasant experience, highly recommend
Unbelievable. I had ONE pair of dress pants cleaned with a final bill of $16.93 Are you kidding me? Will NEVER EVER use this rip off place again. Disgusted beyond belief.

Tried to pick an item up from Goodys Lynn Valley. I had the ticket and the clerk matched it from her file. She couldn't find my item. I gave her different spellings and nothing. I provided a description and she checked the whole rack. Nothing. She called someone , checked the whole place and nothing. I finally asked if I could look and yes, I located it. An incorrect ticket had been placed on it altho there was a ticket matching mine and the item did match my description. I was there for 30-35 mins and had to pay full price! Can't say I'll be back...
