The staff are wonderful here. Felt like they were more concerned about my mission to make the perfect engagement ring box than sell me anything. Very rare high level of service and highly recommend.
Got our wedding bands custom made here. They did a good job. Came back a year later because it seemed my stone was a little loose. They fixed it without charging. Happy overall with service.
