Called to request renewal for home owners insurance and told they would call me back in 10 minutes. An hour later I called back again, to have a DIFFERENT person tell me they were busy and they would call me back in 10 minutes. Neither returned my phone call. I certainly wont be attempting a third time as new business is obviously not a high priority!

The agent by the last name of mosberian completely ruined my experience at westview insurance services. Unprofessional and unwilling to provide information in a cordial manner. He approached my questions sarcastically which is unacceptable when speaking regarding insurance. The agent was rude and hung up the phone on me. Upon doing some research he has been under investigation by the insurance council and has been reprimanded. Beware folks. Taking mine and my familys business elsewhere.
