These guys are a bunch of meatheads, if you want professional service then go elsewhere. The guys at the counter couldn't be bothered to offer any kind of help, instead talking about how much Indian food from their coworker stinks. I was sent there because I was told they were the best...obviously they are far from it. I can only assume being a parts jockey sucks so bad that the employees take it out on the customer.
Check out the dates of the negative reviews, this is recent! We were greeted warmly in a friendly, low key manner, no sales pressure. Our consultant, Julia spent a great deal of time coming up with a solution that fit our budget. She was extremely knowledgable about products and came up with a creative solution for our needs. The store was bright and welcoming. My husband had already been to the store on his own and received the same great service with Jessica. Julia even helped us solve a problem that couldn't be solved by this store. All in all, perfect service in retail environment, which is hard to find these days.
I had a problem with my Kohler kitchen tap and found this company online. I had heard from friends and family that plumbing wholesalers usually aren't the friendliest places for laypeople to shop but was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The front counter was clean and the salesmen behind the desk were friendly and sorted my issue out quite quickly. All i needed was a new cartridge(?) for my tap ,which they had in stock, and were even able to tell my husband how to install it. I was in and out in about 15 mins and spent $35 and my Kitchen sink is now working (Yay!)
Emco North Van, a great place to go for all your plumbing needs and even to ask just a question I went in there looking for a part for my toilet, they don't sell the brand of toilet that I have (as I found out after all toilets have brand specific parts) so they told me another company to try and gave me step by step directions, found the place, got the part and now my toilet works fine Great friendly environment
