I love this salon so much! I dyed my hair in this and even though they make mistakes sometimes, they learn and own up to it... They're so nice and talented too!! Ever since I dyed my hair in this I feel confident and pretty Thank you saori-chan hehe

Jan 31, 2017 -Just called the salon (as the reviews were great) to inquire about hair and makeup for my wedding day. The person answering the phone had so little English that he could not assist - just kept asking me if I wanted "hair appt?" Eventually managed to get the Manager on the phone who jumped right into Fees for "delivery", fees for "consultation" - absolutely no information about services. Perhaps this place is under new management? Anyway would not trust them ti be there and understand my needs on my special day as communication is an issue with both people I talked to and they seem very focused on the payment side of things
This place is a total gem!!! All the stylists are super friendly, welcoming and talented. Never walked out without an amazing haircut. Thank you Jive Jive!
Horrible cut ruined my hair and pulled out so much of my hair, went with my daughter for her a simple layers cut and for me to get normal cut. They took out my hair in the front so short it looks ugly and in the back was fine but I should love my hair cut and not have to hide my and hair. They dont know how to deal with curly puffy hair for my daughter which they ripped out her hair and brushed dry when She said wet it. These people dont understand things when you tell them and over charged us completely would never come back. Dont come here if you have cultured hair.
